Ray began his used car, truck and equipment sales career in 1934 at the ripe old age of 10. This was during the Depression and while out selling vegetables door to door he spotted a 1928 Essex in a neighbor’s back yard. After inquiring about it the neighbor told him they had parked it because they could not afford to put gas in it. Ray bought it for $50 and had one of his older brothers drive it home for him. Ray sold it for $75 and the beginnings of his 81-year sales career was off and running. Our Founder and Beloved Father Ray went to heaven on February 2, 2020 just 45 minutes before his 96th Birthday. He had a good life and we will miss him. His Tradition and Legacy will carry on.
